There are various problems with available robot vacuum cleaners:<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0They (Roomba, Dyson, etc) are too big and they don\u2019t reach to dust everywhere. And that\u2019s\u00a0where dust usually piles up;<\/li>\n
  2. They lack option for on-demand tasks. If you spill something in the kitchen, you\u2019ll have to clean\u00a0it yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Goals for Vacumon are:<\/p>\n

    1. \u00a0Size: L17cm x W17 cm x H6 cm;\n
        \n
      1. To compensate the lack of space for dust, it needs to unload dust more often;<\/li>\n
      2. Hatch for unloading dust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. On-demand tasks;\n
          \n
        1. To give a 1st priority task, we mark the area on the map that needs to be cleaned. If\u00a0done, resume where left off. Vacumon creates it\u2019s own map using cyroscope,\u00a0ultrasound, wifi signal mapping, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
