All Done
All Done is mobile application that links together various calendars and applications.
Application connects
– „work calendar“ – contains work duties that are assigned inside company and are visible to co-workers.
– „private calendar“ – contains personal events
– „social calendar“ – e.g. Facebook events
Additionally it is possible to
– for user to send invitations and tasks to other users, which can be accepted. Sender could see whether receiver accepted it and when the task is completed.
– All users can see each-others calendars and free/ busy times
Problems that app solves
– All duties are available in one place
– Notifications are sent about duties and things get done on time
– Everybody is aware, when their tasks are being dealt with
