Major part of manufacturing process is related with part and details accounting. Which details are available? How many of them are in stock? Do we need to order additional details? When?
When we have answer for one type of details, several raise for bunch of others. It is a repeating process – from day to day, month to month. It would be great to assign this task to machine. However, such machines are very expensive and likely separate machine needs to be purchased for each type of detail.
We have an idea to create a reasonable priced device that is able to count quickly various types of details.
